3. Intellectual Property

- All intellectual property rights in deliverables transfer to the client upon full payment.
- We retain the right to use general knowledge, techniques, and experience gained during the engagement.
- Pre-existing intellectual property used in deliverables remains the property of its original owner, with a license granted for use in the project.
4. Payment
Payment terms, rates, and schedules are defined in individual project agreements. Unless otherwise specified, invoices are due within 30 days of receipt.
5. Confidentiality
We treat all client information, business data, and project details as confidential. We will not disclose confidential information to third parties without your prior written consent, except as required by law.
