• All intellectual property rights in deliverables transfer to the client upon full payment.

• Pre-existing intellectual property used in deliverables remains the property of its original owner, with a license granted for use in the project.

4. Payment

Payment terms, rates, and schedules are defined in individual project agreements. Unless otherwise specified, invoices are due within 30 days of receipt.

We treat all client information, business data, and project details as confidential. We will not disclose confidential information to third parties without your prior written consent, except as required by law.
