These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Tow Jam browser extension ("Extension"), developed and maintained by Nollie ("we," "us," or "our"). By installing or using the Extension, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Tow Jam is a browser extension for Chrome and Firefox that captures job data displayed on Salesforce Field Service dispatch pages and auto-fills corresponding fields on TowBooks new call forms. The Extension is designed as a productivity tool for tow dispatch operators.

You agree to use the Extension only for its intended purpose of transferring job data between Salesforce Field Service and TowBooks within your authorized workflow. You agree not to:

You are responsible for ensuring you have proper authorization to access both the Salesforce Field Service dispatch system and TowBooks. The Extension relies on your existing authenticated sessions and does not bypass any login or security mechanisms.

While the Extension strives to accurately capture and transfer job data, you are responsible for reviewing all auto-filled fields before submitting any forms in TowBooks. The Extension performs automated parsing and mapping which may occasionally produce incorrect results. Always verify the data before final submission.

The Extension, including its code, design, and documentation, is the property of Nollie and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your use of the Extension does not grant you any ownership rights.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nollie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Extension, including but not limited to data entry errors, lost data, or workflow disruptions.

The Extension interacts with third-party systems (Salesforce Field Service and TowBooks) that are not owned or controlled by Nollie. We are not responsible for changes to these platforms that may affect the Extension's functionality. We will make reasonable efforts to update the Extension when platform changes are identified.

We may release updates to the Extension from time to time to fix bugs, improve functionality, or adapt to changes in Salesforce or TowBooks. Updates are delivered through your browser's standard extension update mechanism.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Extension at any time by disabling or uninstalling it from your browser. We reserve the right to discontinue the Extension or revoke access at our discretion with reasonable notice.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Nollie operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
