Our mission is simple: help small businesses and freelancers work smarter with software that's actually useful.
Nollie was born from frustration. After years of watching small businesses and freelancers struggle with overcomplicated, overpriced software that promised everything but delivered headaches, we decided to do something different.
We saw talented professionals spending hours managing tools instead of doing their actual work. We watched freelancers lose clients because their communication looked unprofessional. We heard countless stories of forgotten tasks, lost files, and scattered workflows.
The problem wasn't a lack of tools — it was too many of the wrong ones. Software that required training manuals, monthly subscriptions that added up to thousands of dollars, and features that sat unused while the basics remained broken.
We focus on solving one problem at a time, solving it extremely well, and making it accessible to everyone. No feature bloat. No confusing interfaces. No predatory pricing. Just tools that work the way you think.
Every feature must earn its place. We say no to complexity so you can say yes to productivity.
Free plans that are actually useful. Paid plans that are worth every penny. No hidden fees, no gotchas.
We believe in launching quickly and improving based on real feedback, not endless planning.
We listen. Your feedback directly shapes what we build and how we build it.
We don't sell your data. We don't mine it. We protect it like it's our own — because we believe that's how it should be.
Great tools shouldn't be luxury items. We build for the solopreneur as much as the growing agency.
Started with a simple question: "Why is client communication so broken?" This led to the first sketches of what would become Portal.
Launched Portal to a small group of freelancers and agencies. Their feedback shaped everything from the interface to the pricing model.
Portal went live to the public. Within weeks, hundreds of professionals were using it to communicate with their clients.
Working on SayDo, our voice-first to-do app. Because we kept hearing: "I have great ideas but forget them seconds later." We're solving that.
In skateboarding, a nollie is a trick where you pop the nose of the board to jump. It's considered one of the more technical moves — not flashy, but effective. It takes the fundamentals and applies them in a slightly different way to get impressive results.
That's exactly what we do with software. We take the fundamentals that everyone needs, approach them from a fresh angle, and create something that just works better. Simple, effective, and a little bit clever.
We're just getting started. Help us build tools that actually make your work easier.
