Nollie is built for freelancers, consultants, small agencies, and solo entrepreneurs who need professional tools without enterprise complexity. If you're tired of overly complicated software that requires a manual to use, you're in the right place.
How is Nollie different from other tools? +
We believe in simplicity over features. Every tool we build focuses on doing one thing exceptionally well. We don't add features just to check boxes — we add them when they solve real problems. Plus, we offer genuinely useful free plans and honest, straightforward pricing.

Portal Questions

What is Portal? +
Portal is a white-label client communication platform that replaces scattered emails with a professional branded hub. Share files, track invoices, manage projects, and message clients — all in one place. It makes you look like you have a full-time IT team, even if you're a solo freelancer.
Is Portal really free? +
Yes! Our free plan supports up to 3 active clients with 5GB of storage. It's perfect for testing Portal or for very small operations. Unlike other "free" plans, ours is actually useful. When you're ready to scale, our paid plans start at just $29/month.
Can I use my own domain with Portal? +
Yes! On our Professional and Agency plans, you can use your own custom domain (like portal.yourbusiness.com). This makes the portal feel completely native to your brand.
How secure is Portal? +
Very secure. We use bank-level encryption for all data in transit and at rest. Files are stored securely, and you have complete control over who can access what. We also maintain detailed audit trails of all activity. Your data is yours — we don't sell it, mine it, or share it.
What happens to my data if I cancel? +
You can export all your data at any time, even after canceling. We believe your data is yours, period. No lock-in, no hostage situations. Download everything and go — we'll be sad to see you leave, but we won't stand in your way.

SayDo Questions

What is SayDo? +
SayDo is a voice-first to-do list app that captures your tasks by voice and uses AI to create clean, organized to-dos. Instead of fumbling to type out tasks, you just speak naturally and SayDo handles the rest. Every voice note is transcribed and available if you need the full context later.
When will SayDo launch? +
We're targeting Q2 2025 for iOS. Join the waitlist to be notified as soon as we launch. Android version will follow shortly after the iOS launch.
Will SayDo be free? +
SayDo will have a free tier with generous limits on voice captures and AI processing. We're still finalizing pricing, but our philosophy remains the same: the free plan will be genuinely useful, and paid plans will be worth every penny.

Pricing & Billing

Do you offer refunds? +
Yes. If you're not satisfied with a paid plan within the first 30 days, we'll refund you in full, no questions asked. After 30 days, we handle refunds on a case-by-case basis.
Can I cancel anytime? +
Absolutely. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. Cancel anytime from your account settings, and you'll continue to have access until the end of your billing period.
Do you offer discounts for nonprofits or students? +
Yes! We offer special pricing for nonprofits, educational institutions, and students. Contact us at support@nollie.net with proof of status, and we'll set you up with a discount.

Technical & Support

What browsers/devices do you support? +
Portal works on all modern web browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) and is fully mobile-responsive. SayDo will launch on iOS first, with Android support coming shortly after.
How do I get support? +
Email us at support@nollie.net. We typically respond within 24 hours (often much faster). Professional and Agency plan customers get priority support.
Do you have an API? +
Portal's API is available on the Agency plan. This allows you to integrate Portal with your existing tools and workflows. Full API documentation is available for Agency customers.
